Mustard Hotel Shibuya Tokyo

The location of Mustard Hotel Shibuya is unbeatable, just a short walk to Shibuya station and the famous crossing. We loved the clean and compact bunk bedroom with the added bonus of a sink inside. The on-site Megan café served delicious breakfast and staff were accommodating.

The location was great, away from the main city. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with delicious hand-made pastries. Comfy beds. Fantastic Handy phone for internet access.

The hotel is situated in a great location, right between Shibuya and Daikan-yama, offering guests the perfect balance between vibrant city life and a calm atmosphere. The staff at this hotel are friendly and can speak good English, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the rooms are functional and come with a small bathroom, which is typical for this city.

The lighting in the floor corridors could be improved.

This hotel impressed me with its location, being close to everything but not too close to be noisy. It's near good restaurants and most shopping attractions are easily accessible. The cleanliness is impeccable and the hotel facilities are great. The free breakfast was an excellent bonus and the staff was very helpful.

We had an amazing stay! The café downstairs had fresh, delicious food, and the location was just a short walk to the city centre and the train station. The rooms were spotless, with modern, spacious bathrooms, and the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Breakfast was included and had a great variety of options. We also appreciated the little extras, like the mini-fridge in the room.

That the hotel seemed to have some issues with overflowing trash bins in the bathroom area, and the crowded bathrooms could sometimes require a bit of a wait.
